What Is Permanent Liner & Lash line Enhancement?
In short, a lash-enhancement procedure is a semi-permanent treatment that places pigment along your top or bottom lash lines (not your waterline).
Whether you want a full-on flick, prefer a more diffused eyeshadow effect, or just want to enhance your lashes by filling in the gaps along your lash line, permanent liner can cover your needs.
Permanent Liner & Lash Line Enhancement will typically last up to 2 years.
PRE PROCEDURE
Before your procedure we give you a call to prepare you for your session with us. Pre procedural preparation is key to a smooth and comfortable session. We request that you do make sure of the following:
- No caffeine the morning / day of procedure
- No alcohol 48 hours prior to procedure
- No blood thinners such as ibuprofen, Motrin, Advil, Aspirin
TYLENOL is accepted but ONLY Tylenol
DURING PROCEDURE
We begin your procedure by cleansing your eyes with sterile water while closed to ensure full sanitation. Upon cleaning, we apply a topical anesthetic to your lids and lash line for 30 minutes.
Once anesthetic kicks in, we begin. Liner is a faily quick procedure. With each pass, there is more anesthetic applied. Once level of depth, thickness, and darkness is achieved, we rinse your eyes one last time, then apply aftercare.
Entire procedure takes about 1.5-2 hours
POST PROCEDURE
Once aftercare is applied, you are required to make sure you do not get your eyes wet for a few days. No Mascara or eye makeup for at least 5-7 days, or until healing is complete.
The healing process for liner is fairly quick.
A touch up is recommended 4-6 weeks after to ensure color is rich and holds for desired amount of time.
